Each Emerald Villa comprises 200 square meters of indoor living space arranged in three levels, with another 80 square meters of storage and engineering rooms in the basement, while also enjoying expansive outdoor spaces of at least 600 square meters of manicured lawns and tile-laid courtyards, as well as a 70 square-meter pool with hot-tub, and a BBQ area with outdoor dining terrace.

The entrance level covers at least 92sqm and includes the sitting and dining areas, the open-plan designer kitchen, guest WC, and the garage, which can be also used as a staff bedroom. The first floor of at least 33sqm comprises the master bedroom with its own bathroom, WC, desk area and walk-in closet. The courtyard level of at least 85sqm includes two children's bedrooms with shared bathroom, and either another bedroom with ensuite bathroom or a recreation area with gym, sauna, and steam-room, as well as the necessary storage areas. Engineering areas of 70sqm are placed in the basement under the pool in order to shield the house from any noise.

These private homes are built with superb standards of finishes and equipment, with the highest standards of thermal and sound insulation in order to ensure thermal comfort at all times of the year while conserving energy. All exterior doors and windows are built out of the highest grade aluminium systems in wood colour tones, by the German makers SCHUCO and GU. All glazing is double, with laminated safety glass, and there are automated roller shutters and insect nets everywhere. Thermal comfort is further ensured through the use of top-of-the-range inverter air-conditioners by DAIKIN, with invisible ducting and slot diffusers. Flooring and cabinetry are made with top-grade Iroco and Teak wood, while extensive use of local masonry is made throughout the residences and their outdoor areas. Attention to detail is ubiquitous, with soft-close mechanisms in all cabinets, recessed and indirect LED lighting, magnificent quartzite and marbles in the bathrooms, and electrical equipment with wooden trim by VIMAR.
